•产品结构：防侧漏无纺布，表层无纺布，导流层无纺布，上层卫生巾，哑铃型棉芯+ SPA混合，下层卫生纸，提拉橡筋（4），PE底膜，立体护围橡筋（3+3），腰围两端无纺布，腰围里层无纺布，腰围外层无纺布，腰围两端橡筋（6+6），腰围橡筋（10+13），S橡筋（3+3）。
•控制系统：PLC控制，采用触摸屏操作人机界面，配置高清电视显示器
•传动系统：整机全伺服传动，同步带采用进口品牌，管件部位均采用进口轴承。
•张力系统：配置张力开卷系统，恒张力控制及储料机构，材料纠偏系统。这套恒张力系统确保了全速状态下接料稳定，最大限度减小了对材料拉力的冲击，减少停机次数。
•安全系统：操作面装有安全防护装置并配有急停开关、安全标识，后传动装有安全拉线，高音频风机采用隔音或消声装置。
•纠偏系统：BST纠偏器《可选配》

•Drive System：Full servo drive, imported timing belt, key position adpot with the imported bearing.
•Tension System：Equipped with tension unwinding system,constant tension control with buffer system,automatic web guide system.The unwinding system ensure materials stable working at full speed splice, Minimize the effects of tension,to reduce the time of stop machine.
•Safety System：It has safety device on the operating side,matched with urgent stop switch,high audio fan uses sound insulation or silencer.
